Privacy Policy

Fundamentals

This privately operated website processes personal data only to the extent that is technically necessary. Processing is based on my legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technical provision of this website. When you visit the site, your IP address is temporarily processed to enable the website to be delivered to your browser. This or other data is not stored or logged. No cookies, tracking mechanisms, or contact forms are used.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have various rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). These include, in particular:

  • Right to information under Article 15 of the GDPR

You will receive all information required under Article 15 regarding the processing described above. As no data is stored, there is no personal data record that could be given to you.

  • Right to rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR

As I do not store your data, rectification is not applicable. Upon request, I will confirm that I do not hold any personal data about you.

  • Right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR

As I do not store your data, erasure is not applicable. Upon request, I will confirm that I do not hold any personal data about you.

  • Right to restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR

It is not possible to restrict the technically necessary, temporary processing of the IP address for the purpose of delivering the website without preventing access to the website. Such a restriction would make it impossible to use the service.

  • Right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests). The processing of your IP address on this website serves exclusively my legitimate interest in the basic technical provision of the service. This processing is an indispensable prerequisite for you to be able to access the website at all. An objection to this specific and essential processing is therefore incompatible with the desire to use the website. The only way to comply with this objection would be to prevent your access to the site, which would terminate your use of the service.

  • Right to data portability

As I do not maintain a structured collection of data from you that is processed in an automated manner, this right does not apply.

Exercising your rights

To exercise your rights, please contact me using the contact details below. I will comply with your request immediately, at the latest within one month of receipt.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.

I use technical security measures to protect your personal data during transmission. This includes the use of encrypted connections (via HTTPS). These measures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technical progress.
